    Rob,

I know this is the wrong thread but some posts on the extended mag release have cautioned about inadvertent mag releases hwen a hand is near the release or off bags. Any thoughts on a shorter, but still better than factory release?

We have talked about it and we have also tried some harder springs as well. I haven't had any issues at all, but I shoot from a bipod 98% of the time. We have even thought about some other stuff as well.

Thx, my 223 MVP is a Thunder Ranch so I'm looking forward to the new mag well.

The new extractor I got from you last year works fine.

Jrod, I have the other half of our order in transit. The first half of it are gone. They should be here by middle of the week from what I am told.

As long as you keep your hand away from the release or use a bipod, the extended release isn't a problem. I still have mine installed, I just have to be mindful of hand placement when using bags. The only other option is to open up the finger hole for better access on the original. Doable with a wood stock. I'm not sure on the polymer stock models.

Warrendee, sorry for the delayed response. I don't have any guards or releases in stock. We have an order in now and like always waiting for them.
