Three range trips with the HK VP9. And I'm liking the pistol so far. It's my first Striker Fire. And wasn't to sure what to expect. For a hair over $600, the pistol is hard to beat. The trigger is remarkably smooth, with no take up at all. The first time I fired it, it actually startled me. It's definitely not one of those triggers you can ride to the break. The only negative thing I can say about the pistol, the magazine availability sucked. HK could not keep up with demand. Things have gotten better and they can be found at several sources. Now though, with the release of the P30SK and the VP40. Both in the $600 price range. I can for see another HK, becoming part of the ever growing tool box. Just not too sure which yet.
