Hey folks, I know that Bolt On Quick Load has been showing "no stock" now for months, and I, like many of you, have been longing for a better bolt knob for my rifle. I looked everywhere and couldn't find one, no way, no how.....

....and then....hey, lookee here! I found one a few days ago on, where else, eBay! I purchased one, it came today, and it fits and works great! This guy is a new source for the knobs, he says he has lots of 'em in stock, and will offer quantity discounts. He doesn't have a website yet, say he's working on it. So, in the meantime, you can find him on eBay.

His eBay seller ID is: calbray07

I paid $34.99 w/free shipping, and boy, am I glad to have that sucker!

Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with calbray07, and get nothing from him....I just want to satisfy the needs of both he and us MVP owners.

    Cheers,
    Dave

It's always good to hear about new sources for MVP bells and whistles. My LR came as designed with a larger knob on the bolt (why yes, I would say that it rather exudes an air of tacticality about it:D); otherwise, I'd be after one like you found.

BTW, that's a pretty sweet ride you've got there in your avatar, Dave. I dig the color. Do you fly out of Concord, or all the way down to Douglas? If it's not inappropriate, I'd like to see a little bit bigger picture of that wing-ed beast.

I followed that link, with great hope, unfortunately in big red letters it says "Does not ship to Canada"...

Ughhh! And I really wanted this knob too. It was the same story with the MVP "Bolt on quick load knob" model.

    What's a person to do?

Yeah, but it still says "Does not ship to Canada". I'm still left out in the cold to buy direct from him.

Received mine today! Took a couple extra days to ship, I guess he was on vacation but he did note this to me.

Why is there an issue shipping to Canada? I used to all the time but that was in the 90's

Personal choice of the vendor... does not want to fill out customs forms... who knows? There are some ITAR items that cannot be shipped and the total cost has to be under $500, but this does not fall into either of these restrictions.
I have less trouble getting things shipped from Hong Kong than I do from the US [sigh...], Go figure.

Sorry been busy. The bolt on knob is great! Well made. Mine fits tight. Seller also includes o rings for fitting to worn or out of spec bolts. Give a much better feel and use seems more controlled.
