    Nelly,

I am out of stock at this time. I hope to have this problem solved shortly.

The one you have for the 308, I'm guessing it will fit the MVP LR as well an if so how much?

Not trying to talk you out of getting one just making sure you go in with information. The extended mag release is very nice (I have one on both of my MVPs) but if you plan to grip the rifle just forward of the magazine, the recoil will release your mag.

I have to consciously make sure I don't hold the rifle there when I'm shooting from a bench or make sure my hand is a little more forward to prevent it. Just so you know. :)

So you're saying that if I grip close to the magazine, the kick back will cause my hand to hit the release. I always grip out close to the end of the fore grip. I don't have a bipod mounted but may get a grip later on. Do you have any other 308 parts? My new LR came with a pmag instead of the factory magazine. It fits tight as dicks hat band

Right now Robert and the crew at CHP only have the mag release and the trigger guard for the 7.62 model.

Yes, if you grip to close to the magazine release, the recoil can cause your hand to hit the release and loosen or drop the magazine. I had it do that to me a number of times while shooting from the bench. With the short stock and sand bags in the way, I had to be very mindful of where I placed my hand on the rifle.
