Daily carry is a Kershaw Leek Assisted... (stock photo)

However, I'm and avid knife hoarder and proud of it... Other knives make it to my pocket also...

When I'm not at work a Benchmade Pardue Griptillion

At work a Benchmade Triage which is a blunt tip knife with a hook knife on the backside and a window breaker.

On the motorcycle in the tank bag is a CRKT M16-14ZSF

Since my last post I've had to change my EDC due to size restrictions at my employment... No spring assist and under 2.5"...

So I found this neat little guy... The "Squid" by CRKT... I have it in Black Stonewash also...

Nothing fancy here but they work.

    Gerber PR 2.5 Fine Edge

And a Gerber Multi-tool. They no longer make the one I carry, so this is the closest I can come to what I have. The cutting knife is profiled differently.

I use a Leatherman Rebar as my everyday carry although it's not strictly legal here in the UK (as everyday carry) due to the fact that the blade is locking; we have to be able to show 'good reason' for possessing any knife with locking blade so I'm lucky to have several shoot permissions and the fact that I regularly help a gamekeeper with manual labour. If I'm ever stopped that would be my reason, although if it's local I'll likely know the officer stopping me anyway... ;)

Dedicated knife wise, I have a nice little EKA Swede 8 folder, which has a nice blade for small tasks like skinning/gutting rabbits etc. I also have a couple of Mora fixed blade knives which come with me when camping or stalking. They are cheap 'n cheerful but do the job very well and because of the low cost I'm not worried about replacing them in the event of loss/breakage.

I did have a very nice Fallkniven F1 and beautiful Enzo Trapper, but they more often stayed home so I sold them on.

Browning Tanto lock blade. Must be before they all started getting cute names. Good steel, stays sharp and you can open and close with one hand, a must. Carry it everyday. Don't know how many times I have had to hold something with my left hand, while with my right pull the knife, open it, cut whatever, then close it and re-pocket the knife without letting go with my left. If it takes to hands to operate, it's of no use to me.
