I agree, I'm glad it shot the cheapest ammo that well,
I would like to try a few other types though so far I'm happy with the results
I need to try some different grain bullets now

I wanna see some pictures of that gun with the AR Optics scope on it. I've been thinking about getting a Vortex Viper or the Bushnell on mine. I hate the scope on the rifle I have now. I actually stripped it down and am looking now. I have heard some amazing reviews on the Bushnell and have the AR Optics 1-4x24 PCL. I would really like to look through one in person.

I'll get some tomorrow, I actually ordered it without a scope and still have the same in it as the "package" with scope and bi pod.. Now I don't have a bi pod yet
I got the scope off amazon for $149 shipped from tiger outfitters
Scope exceeded my expectations clear at max power, used the 200yd dot today and it was on never missed the target, although I adjusted the turret and shot better groups actually I have photos here they are
Also I used weaver high rings, I would use medium rings to get scope closer to barrel they should work
You won't be disappointed with this scope for the price, the vortex may be clearer at max setting but the bushnell is surprisingly clear at 18x
Also if you want more pictures let me know!

    Tested some loads yesterday
The hornady 53gr hollow points shot the best loaded with 23.5gr of benchmark, 21.5gr also shot well but the 23.5 is faster and at 100yards less then size of a nickle 5 shot group

Also shot 55gr vmax hand loads got a decent group with 22.5 benchmark but it was right under a inch not enough for my likings

I have some 68gr match hp from hornady to try next time

I can't even get anywhere near close to the lands with that yukky NATO throat with 53 vmax and max mag length.

Have not been shooting for a while due to work. Finally decided to shoot some this morning. If anyone is interested here is a group at 214 yards with the barnes factory loaded 55 tsx, 3 shots(.94)inches. Yeah I know why 214 yards, well I went out into the field to set up my target and forgot my rangefinder back at the truck. I was to lazy to walk back out and move the target. I know a lot of people hunt larger animals with this round and might like to know it works great in our guns. I do occasionally have a random flyer that opens me up an additional inch or so, but it's still minute of deer or hog all day long. Also having similar results with the 69gr SMK.

Here's my 18.5" MVP Predator and the reloads I shot earlier this week. Varget and Hornady Vmax 55gr combo. I shot 5 3shot groups. The two in the pic were dime sized; the other three were under 1".

*I didn't see this thread, I posted on another (sorry for duplicate) image.jpeg

Thanks for the post. It's been awhile since I have posted.after 7588 rounds thru my MVP the accuracy started to fall off a little. So I had my local gunsmith cut back the barrel and chambered it as a 223.It worked out great. It is shooting better groups than it did new.I will try to attach a couple of photos. They were reloads using the new 69 gr TMK Sierra with 24gr of target. Shot at 200 yd with a 15 mph wind out of 7 o'clock direction. 5 rods each.

The 69 gr TMKs also work pretty good at 100 yd.I'm setting the gun up to shoot 600yd F class.Looking forward to seeing how it shoots at the longer yardage. This photo was taken last week. I must admit this 5 shot group surprised me but shows the the potential if I do my job.

Nice, I've heard about the TMK but have not
Seen any here yet. Would like to try some Berger VLD's
    As well.
